Life is all about change ! Simple statement isn't it? The change that feels good to some feels bad to somebody else. The sum total is zero. So, change is constant. Change lets life be and change lets the world be.


So, what can we learn from this simple and fundamental idea ? To create anything we need change. We need to break the monotony, break the traditional ideas, run the imagination horses in all directions, reach beyond barries like the effect of a nuclear reaction. But what is the danger here? Such uncontrolled reaction leads to destruction, loss of energy and waste of resources. So the key is to control the reaction only to sustain it at a level, where we can harness the energy of this change in the form of new ideas and concepts for life !


So what does this mean for our company (Fifth Quadrant)? How does this company ignite this reaction, how does it sustain this reaction and how does it harness the energy of this reaction? At first, we need to find material that would cause fission. By this we are talking about people who are ready to burst out into the vastness of imaginative space. Second, we start building the reaction by letting these people put their imaginative energies together. When these ignitive energies reach a critical mass, the reaction would set in. The third and most important factor is to harness this energy and sustain the reaction so that, the reaction does not run out of fissile material.
